Enhancing Efficiency and Integration
The reorganisation is part of a broader effort to modernise the hospital’s infrastructure and services. In 2021, the hospital began constructing a sustainable 10,000 m2, four-storey building to expand and improve healthcare facilities, as well as the research and teaching spaces of the Faculty of Medicine and Psychology.
Additionally, the hospital has focused on enhancing its educational infrastructure. In 2020, a new facility for education and research was inaugurated, providing modern and functional spaces for training students in medicine and healthcare professions. These developments reflect Sant’Andrea Hospital’s commitment to integrating administrative and healthcare functions, thereby improving operational efficiency and the quality of patient care.
